Transmutation energy , Our sexual energy is our most creative, life-force energy. Through it, we give birth to new life. Our creative and  sexual energies are deeply connected. Both are  transmutation energy. For example, recently I was at a major crossroads and decided. I took a leap of faith and made a choice to more deeply honor my true self.

After I committed, I could feel my sexual excitement building. I felt like I wanted to have sex. My libido was off-the-charts. My body was throbbing. I know that this feeling reflects my desire to get moving, to act. It is the mix of my sexual and creative juices flowing and looking for an outlet.

1. Drop yourself into a meditative state. Use your own go-to meditation practice such as Japa, yoga, or self-hypnosis. Alternately, chant a sacred word like Aum or Hu to uplift you and bring your focus inward. Do that for a few minutes.
2. Focus on elongating your breath to at least a four-count inhale and a four-count exhale. This is a way of redistributing our sexual energy throughout our body, filling your energy meridians and making it stronger, denser, and more secured within our bodies. Do a few rounds of this.

5. Alternatively, have sex physically first. But stop short of depleting your sexual energy, your mojo, your powers.

Sex is a way to tap into your sexual energy’s creative power. You can use your sexual encounter to essentially amplify the power of that energy and expand it in your body, so long as you are conscious of what you are doing.
